1. No Guaranteed Outcomes

SEO and GEO results depend on external algorithms and third-party search engines. Because of this, we do not offer refunds based on SEO/GEO performance, rankings, indexing speed, or visibility changes.

2. Subscription Services

Payments for monthly or yearly subscription plans are non-refundable. This includes:

  • AI SEO plans
  • GEO optimization plans
  • Platform access
  • Credits or usage packages

You may cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds are given.

3. One-Time Services

Payments for one-time GEO/SEO services—such as audits, indexing boosts, or technical optimization—are non-refundable once work has started.

If you cancel before any work begins, you may request a partial refund minus processing fees.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Valid billing errors will be refunded or credited to your account.

5. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, you must contact our support team. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

6. Service Interruptions
